Сдам 1-комнатную квартиру в самом центре города, рядом центральный рынок, «Огарев-арена», все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. Правила заселения: заселение после 14:00, расчетное время в 12:00, при себе иметь паспорт и залог 1500 р., с возвратом после уборки. Не заселяем моложе 22 лет. Не сдается для гулянок и вечеринок. Строгое соблюдение тишины в жилом доме с 7:00 до 23:00. Курение строго на балконе, с закрытой дверью, за курение и бардак в квартире залог не возвращается. В квартире есть все необходимое, чистая посуда и бельё.
